Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

In order to maintain quality service and consideration to our clients, we ask that you make any cancellations or adjustments to appointments 24 hours in advance. This allows you and future clients the opportunity to receive same day appointment openings. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notification or miss your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment. Our therapists are devoted to their practice and reserve a special place in their schedule just for you. In maintaining this policy, we aspire to create better job security for our therapists and greater availability for your next appointment.

Late Appointments 

Zen Garden reserves the perfect amount of time for your appointment! In an effort to consider our other clients, we ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointments. If you happen arrive later than the scheduled time, your appointment will be shortened to accommodate our following clients. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we cancel the appointment with full charge. Thank you for your understanding.

24 Hour Refund Policy

All packages have a 24 hour refund period from the date purchased. After 24 hours all sales are final and no refunds can be made. No refunds will be issued for retail products.

Refund Policy

While we strive to make every customer 100% satisfied, all sales are final. We are a small business and cannot offer refunds on any used or unused services or products, if you pay online for the any service we can not refund policy for packages or any accidental duplicate purchase on our online appointment scheduler. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for all services! Please visit our location or call for more information. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
